Galileo Foods was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in the early 1920s with a passion for making authentic Italian dry salame.

Over the years, we’ve grown from a small family operation to become one of the nation’s leading producers of traditional salame.

But our growth hasn’t changed the commitment we’ve had since the beginning: to craft our salame the old-fashioned way—family recipes, high quality ingredients, and a natural aging process.
